Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just select which size pack you wish to order and add it to your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
You may place your order using all major credit and debit cards. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone, regular post or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling
For all UK orders, shipping and handling are free. For orders outside the UK shipping and handling is £3.50.
Delivery Schedule
For orders placed within the UK, please allow 3 working days for your order to arrive. If you are ordering from outside the UK then please allow 7 working days.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero.
